Our Rates Explained
Call-out Charges:
There is NO CALL OUT CHARGE....Zero...Nout...Zilch!
Nor will we include any time travelling to the job within the first hour’s charge. Time starts from the moment we arrive at your door.
Parts and Materials:
Parts and materials supplied by us are charged at trade price, we are unique in the fact that we do not charge you, the client any premium on materials. Check out our competitors, most will charge up to 15% on top of the trade price for materials purchased on your behalf, we disagree with this system so only charge our clients the prices that we pay.
Reasonable time spent obtaining parts that we do not carry in stock will be included in the hourly rate but only ever up to a maximum of 45 minutes for each trip.
Rates and Charges:
We have tried to make our charges and rates as uncomplicated and as transparent as possible. Prior to us dispatching your plumber our call centre staff are trained to provide a full comprehensive overview of all expected costs. Our guarantee to you is no hidden extras and never a call out charge.
